How to create global WooCommerce Coupons
Mandatory for every shop, Coupons are a great way to offer discounts to attract new customers and loyalize existing ones. WooCommerce provides an easy way to create new coupons, through an intuitive interface available at the Marketing menu, on the admin dashboard.
When running WordPress MultiSite with many shops, maintaining the Coupons is tricky and time-consuming. They need updateds within each of the shops, that use a coupon.
The WooCommerce Global Cart introduced the Global Coupon functionality. That helps to create/manage/remove a coupon within a shop, while updating the same coupon across all other sites in the network. Basically, this extends the Coupon interface to include a new functionality called Global Coupon. When active, the coupons will update all changes across the shops.
The Coupon maintenance works the same as before, every/appropriate field need filling accordingly to requirements.
A Global Coupon feature can be turned On/Off at any time. Additionally, when disabled the feature, all synchronized coupons on the other shops get unlinked ( removed ) in one go:

When deploying the functionality on sites with large coupons list, an automated solution is available through a custom code ( contact us ) to make the coupons global and synchronize to other shops.
